Because hygiene is our priority, only swimsuits with original tags and hygienic liners still in place will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Please keep your underwear on when trying on our swimwear, thank you!
- What is your exchange/return policy?
Returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are free! All returned products must be in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.
Used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Can I exchange my item?
Free exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of the order's delivery date.

- Can I return for a store credit?
Returns for store credit must be initiated within 21 days of the order's delivery date.
- Can I return for original form of payment?
Returns without store credit must be initiated within 21 days of the order's delivery date. Mail-in returns have a $8 handling fee per return label, which is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit refund.
- Are the shipping fee’s refunded for returns?
Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.
- I sent in an exchange, when do I get my new items?
When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way. All exchanges must be returned within 21 days of your original delivery.
- I sent in my return. When do I get my money back after requesting a return?
We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
